food poisoning
I would not have thought possible, but it's happened: I have contracted food poisoning.
Since I was the first time in China I never had problems with the food (apart from the normal hiccups that everyone in the beginning because of the food / cooking conversion), even tap water could not harm me.
I have no idea what it was, because during the day Monday, I had no problems until the evening it started, of course, just the night before we went to Dali. I
could not sleep at night until I get diarrhea at some point - the Chinese say about the way, pull belly - and then later I was allowed to pass frequently. Here again, many thanks to the dear people from the hostel in Kunming were real sweet and helpful.
I have no idea how I survived the last over 4 hours by bus to Dali, somehow I made it in this little thing most of the time - despite the potholes - to oversleep.
meal I could all day about anything, except 2 tablespoons of rice in the evening. Fortunately water was again someday, but I've felt pretty dry.
After I then basically the whole rest of the day and the following night I overslept and woke up at 10:30 again only for me to feel better about a lot, porridge with banana and raisins I have tolerated quite well, so I hope I'm fully fit again tomorrow. After all, the scenery is beautiful out here real fast, there is a huge lake and you can borrow bikes everywhere. :) Looking forward
