Omfg ...
So, I just got my assessment of my career to date. Actually, the first part still looks quite nice, but if you continue reading, then show up but one or the other incomprehensible statement.
This last sentence is very interesting. "The potential is low and more than Entwicklugn significantly below average to watch. "Well, you could say that this is not so would be so bad if you do not know the importance of this review for my career. I know I better have than what he says. Well, I'm nobody , the dull things can be learned by heart. It was so and so but I think just this ability to an officer is NOT required to flow but at a significant part in the assessment. Also, I should not have leadership skills, which he wants to make 4x45min practice, in which he has looked at how we manage people.
course I made mistakes and of course I guess sometimes even, but I believe for not as pronounced as it has shown it, but actually I've been here, to learn and master everything from the beginning perfectly.
Thats Life, I know I must work on myself and for the time I had available in order to become the person I am today, I find myself quite acceptable. Improved, but at a fairly good level. I urge me not to the fore and also see no reason to do that.
But the assessment made a very good motivation, because I can so show my immediate superior, who I really am and it is a goal that he that assessment with a shake of the head to the side sets.
