weekly update
I'm back. Should have been surprised if one (which guarantees no one has done), why I was no sound of me that needs to make to worry. I was sailing on long cruises to training purposes, was very beautiful but also exhausting, and above all, my skin is still burning, because we had bright sunshine. Unfortunately, too few Wid than we could carry out the training as planned but with a little good will is everything. So of course I was not even on the WGT, which I do not see it as a loss.
